Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with TZP Group trading as Tony & Pete's, you agree to the following terms.

Ordering & Cut-Off

Orders must be placed by 1:00pm the day before delivery/pick-up. Late orders can't be guaranteed and may move to the next available date. Orders are only confirmed once written confirmation is issued — please check quantities, dietary tags and delivery details carefully.

Payment

Invoices are issued on or after delivery and payable within 7 days via EFT. Overdue accounts may be placed on hold, and repeated late payment may move future orders to prepayment.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations after the cut-off may be charged in full. Quantity reductions aren't guaranteed and may still incur the original charge. Increases are subject to kitchen capacity.

Delivery & Pick-Up

Delivery windows are estimates. Please ensure safe access and someone available to receive the order — redelivery fees may apply otherwise. Extra fees may apply for difficult access.

Dietary & Allergens

All dietary needs must be confirmed in writing at time of order. Our kitchen handles common allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Pricing

Prices may change for orders placed more than 30 days in advance. Delivery, styling, equipment and staffing are excluded unless stated in your quote.

Equipment

Loaned platters/equipment remain property of Tony & Pete's and must be returned clean within 48 hours. Lost or damaged items may be charged at replacement cost.
